Standard Bank will leave you hanging

Standard bank is full of empty promises, i posted a review on their conduct towards a loan application that i had done and they responded that an agent will contact me shortly its been a 1 week and one day now and i still haven't recived any phone call, their response to hellopeter review is a complete lie that a consultant will contact you. I app**** for a personal loan with them last month and up until now theres no feedback or any information from them. I had already made plans and arrangements to use a loan they told me has been successfully and now i am left hanging and dry. i wish that other people will not do an online application with this company.
