Standard bank will

My husband died of a fatal accident in October 2019 and we have a will with Standard bank, from 2019 until todate in 2021 we are still struggling with his estate and the letter of authority. We are assisted by Pinky Bapela from Standard bank, and every time when we send her emails she responds after a long time stating that they are still waiting for the master court...I will never ever draft a will with Standard bank, they don't communicate and the service is extremely poor. We are struggling with a lot of things including opening our private security school because we don't have the letter of authority. We have been waiting since 2019
