Standard Bank Widow

Horrible experience with Standard Bank. My husband died on the 22nd of January in Zambia. I managed to go to STANDARD BANK after the burial etc on 8 February to inform them. SB were supp**** with all the necessary documentation including - Death certificate - Burial order - Marriage certificate - Certificate of Executorship - My husband's Passport - My husband's diplomatic passport - SAPS affidavit - Proof of employment and death It has been over 3 months of being pushed from pillar to post. No one seems to know how to process at the bank. We are constantly told that 'its been escalated'. My 3 daughters and I are at the mercy of SB as we await them to get their matters in order so that we can have access to the accounts. My husband was the sole bread winner and with Standard Bank for over a decade. Can someone please kindly assist before my kids and I starve to death because of Standard Bank while they hold onto what my husband worked so hard for us for...
