Standard bank why are you being ******** about this case been calling from April

I have a late estate account with standard bank and now they saying they don't where it is and at that time I have all the documents that proves I'm not lying . They have kept me on a phone call for more the 2hr before they ended the call with no help still and it's not the first time.
