STANDARD BANK - WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

Standard Bank Debt Review Dept is a disaster to work with. We have been trying since the 19th Jan 2022 to get a settlement amount letter from them but to no avail. With other accounts we have the same problem, never get any monthly statements, the outstanding balance stays the same but they do not assist and reply to queries raised or statements requested.
