Standard bank where is my money

A payment was made into my standard Bank account on Monday morning from an fnb account. I was promised the funds would reflect within 72 hours. it is now Friday morning over the 72 hours and still nothing in my account. Called standard Bank and they were so unhelpful. Nobody can tell me where the hell my Money is. I have been with standard Bank for over 20 years. As soon as I get my money I will be closing my account with to this useless bank
