Standard Bank Where Is My Money?

In May 2015, I returned from Brazil and found that R15,000 was ****** from the Standard Bank account. I laid a complaint with the bank. Its investigators found that my card was cloned and the money was ******. They said they could pay me back only 50% of the money that was ******. I had to phone them endlessly for written confirmation about this and also said I believed this was *********.<br> <br> It was only when I contacted the bank's media department that they sent me a letter. I told them they should pay back all my money because I trust the bank to keep my money secure. The bank said that was their final offer and I could report it to the bank ombudsman.<br> <br> I have been a client of Standard Bank since my childhood and it is really disgraceful that they were not able to secure my money and now tell me they can pay me back only 50%.
