Standard Bank where immediate means hours.

Hello Standard Bank funnily enough I would say that name is spot on being that almost everything you do is standard. There are a few things that are worse then standard as I'm about to mention. Do you know what the word immediate means?

Immediate - without interval of time

Now that we have your understanding up to scratch. How can you call something an immediate payment if when a person makes one of these "immediate payments" it doesn't then clear immediately into the others account. An immediate payment doesn't mean an hour later or two hours later as you have now been informed. How is it that you hold back some payments and others you just allow for? When someone has payed for a service that's immediate that then doesn't get the immediate service how can you justify them paying for it? Seriously who are you to hold back an immediate payment? If it was a free service I might understand but you are charging for it you useless bank. Do you refund them? I'm pretty sure in a court of law you would lose if someone took it upon themselves to sue you for all the payments you have held back that people have payed for.
