Standard bank ************** when applying for land financing

We app**** for a homeloan purchasing vacant land as an individuals. Standard Bank approved the loan but we then decided to apply under a company. The bank did not approve the loan citing inconsistency in paying other debts. The inconsistency was during COVID-19 when our income was interrupted and those accounts were later paid off and closed by Feb 2023. Some debts repayments are up to date but we still got rejected. Surety for the company is given by the same individuals/directors who app**** for the loan and were approved using the same documents(I.e payslip, 3 months bank statements etc). Why is Standard Bank not approving the home loan when applying using the company? T same documents were used for individual applications and the loan was approved? Does this mean Standard Bank is ************** against small businesses that wants to acquire land?

The bond was approved by the bank to register under our company. However, Standard Bank gave two lawyers a mandate to register the bond under our names and also under our company. We have tried to escalate the matter but we are not receiving any assistance. We only accepted and approved bond registration under our company. How did Standard bank give a mandate to two lawyers to register the same land using two different individuals/company?

The unfortunate part is that we paid the lawyer that was given a mandate to register our bond under our names instead of our company. Can Standard Bank resolve this matter as it feels like a tactic to ensure we never register our bond under a company as they have initially rejected our application without proper reasons.
