Standard Bank, What Is Going On????

<p>Since November last year Standard Bank has been deducting R1500 from my mother's bank account for a (fully paid off!!!!) home loan without her consent. My parents have been to their local branch (Heidelberg, Gauteng) and have been told they can't help. My father has phoned and emailed to find out what is going on but no one seems to know what it going on or are concerned in the least to help them. Is this how you treat loyal customers? </p>
