Standard Bank Webtrader *****s customers shares - Caution to all

I use Standard Bank's Webtrader service to buy international shares. I bought shares in a Company called Consolidated Growth Holdings. The company delisted from the LSE and have since sent out an RNS stating a share swop with Contango Holdings to all existing share holders. The completion of this was confirmed by these third parties. There have been several attempts to find out why Standard bank have not completed the share swop after several months. The inquires are simply classified as completed and closed or I'm sent through to bogus numbers. I am left without answers and ****** shares.
