<p>Total dissapointment with Standard Bank. Logged a query with Standard Bank on the 31st of May, Consultants promise to call you back and never do. To date I have had no feedback to what is happening with my query. </p>

To date no answers have been given to my query. Can someone please tell me, by which millenium I should expect answers??????

How can we be "Moving Forward" if queries are not resolved and customers get frustrated for not getting the service we pay for?!?!?!?!?
