standard bank violating FIC laws

After bringing it to standard bank's attention multiple times this time last year that I have relocated they blatantly refused to amend my address on my VAF statement despite providing proof and being at a branch twice.This year after switching jobs and running into former employer issues i skipped a payment whereby standard bank immediately resorted to lawyers harassing with calls and mails. After being threatened by someone at Daly corp with repossession I asked where will they repossess and that's when things started escalating.To date I have been switched between law firms twice acting on behalf of standard bank without email notification after switching. My account is up to date and I have mailed 3 managers regarding standard bank FAILING to amend my personal details.obakengk modise,gillian langeveldt and zenobia harmen. None of the above mentioned bother to respond to my mail.It is for that reason that i have lodged my complaint at FIC as well as the banking ombudsman for standard bank's violation of FIC regulation 4{3} n respect failing to update my personal details and for sending personal details to incorrect addresses. i look forward to the outcome of my FIC complaint lodged as well as my complaint at the ombudsman.
