Standard Bank Vhicle and assest Fiance bad service!!
My car is in arears with 2 months. Standard Bank has not offered me the chance to have it restructured. instead they hand me over to debt collectors. these debt collectors say if i don't pay i have to do voluntary surrender. the outstanding balance is r5000. how can no one assist me in this. I'm willing to pay this off but I'm told i the sheriff will come and collect the car. I have never had issues paying y installments. until now. the debt collectors are rude. i have not signed a contract with them and I'm not a customer of them!!!
