Standard Bank very bad service

<p>I have had very bad service from Standard Bank and have been trying to sort it out for a month and no one wants to help me. I did personal check with the bank and for some reason failed it and i dont know how. it has givin me a bad credit record and i have been trying to sort it out. 1 hour and fifty min later still no one will help me. They only have call centres and no one who will help you personaly. Time to swich banks after 31 years of using there service.</p>
