Standard bank verulam has the worst customer service ever

The standard bank verulam branch is the worst place to ever go but they get credit for years they have consistent at this. Their level of customer service is the worst in the world and they don't give a damn for years complaints were lodged against this branch but nothing is being done we are left with no option now but to move our account. POOR POOR SERVICE..
