She has terrible customer tolerance , she is unfriendly , unpleasant and extremely rude. She has no work ethics when it comes to keeping her customers happy. I as a customer wanted to apply for a certain product , and her reply to me was "If you want to close your account I'm not going to stop you " I have been a customer for some time now and this is the attitude that was given , that is pathetic.

Learto a question to you , because of your arrogance you personally wouldn't mind Standard bank Vereeniging loosing all of their loyal customers because of your stupid word decision?????? You rather have customers close their accounts , because you don't want to take the time and help your customers?and try in some way to resolve their issues
