Unacceptable service from Standard Bank Vehicle Finance, VAF.

Even in these difficult times, I have sent over 30 emails and made over 20 calls and nobody from Standard Bank Vehicle Finance want to help me with my questions/queries and changes on my vehicle finance.

Standard Bank - I was promised that somebody will make contact with me. About 68 hours passed now.

Your word were "it will be addressed as a matter of urgency".......

Again only promises.

Just as I expected.
