Standard Bank Vehicle Finance No Response

I am charged for an insurance on top of my premuim. I dont even have insurance. I was asked to mail the proof and still shows on my statement. This is now 6 months down the line. I mail whatbm u ask but no one ever phones me or assist with this issue. I must pay for something i dont have? I will not oay again untill i have a phone call
