Standard bank vehicle finance disappointment

I am really unhappy with the service of Standard bank vehicle finance,my account was debited on the 01/10/2022 for the installment which is the agreed date.On the 03/10/2022 I made an additional payment but on the from my standard bank savings account but on the 05/10/2022 I was sent a reminder as well as phone calls that I have not paid.Sent proof of payment to one of their employees but today the 10/10/2022 the money is not appearing on standard bank system.How sub-standard is this.I am really unhappy with standard bank.I have e-mailed again on the 10/10/2022 still it does not reflect.I don't ever want to be financed by such an *********** bank ever.
