Standard bank vehicle finance dep cant even reconcile or allocate payments correctly

I cant believe the sheer incompetence that I received from standard bank’s vehicle finance department. They dont allocate the monthly payments and then has the nerve to hand you over to Blake and associates who themselves cant even reconcile an account to provide an accurate overview. I have been struggling for months to get them to allocate my payments. I am seriously disappointed in the customer service that Standard bank offer their clients that honor their commitment to pay
