STANDARD BANK VEHICLE FINANCE CONSULTANT AND THEIR ZERO SENSE OF IMPORTANCE!!!!!

I app**** for a payment holiday in July 2020 for my vehicle finance. It was a back and forth until i eventually received an sms stating that "service number due on 27/07/2020 is now open" and hour after that i called the call centre and spoke to a consultant who then confirmed this meant that my payment holiday was successful. Indeed for the two months no deductions were made from my acc by vehicle finance.

Fast forward December 2020 i receive calls and a statement that says my acc is in arrears for two months. Spoke to 2 different consultants who then confirmed that the issue was on their side and the matter was being esclated. Indeed it was but to my suprise the issue is still not sorted out and is now affecting my credit score. I have emailed back and forth with different consultants that dont even bother to read the entire thread.

I honestly feel like my matter is not being seen as urgent and i am getting frustrated because my credit score is now affected.
