STANDARD BANK VEHICLE FINANCE A JOKE

<p>for quite some time I had a debit order on my bank account for my vehicle finance - never paid late, but then in Aug 2016 there was a glitch on the internet banking and my payment did not go through. They told me I could request another month be added to my existing contract. I said that sounds like a good plan - this whole debacel took about 4 to 5 months to get done (ugh!)</p> <p>but with the extra month added to my original agreement they've told me that I will now HAVE TO HAVE a debit order against my account again (something which I am totally against - once any place have a debit order against an account of yours they can have carte blanche to do just what they want !!) I reluctantly agreed. Then the first debit order that went off was on the 28 February and lo and behold the next ones now also was taken on the 28th of every month. I phoned to complain as I always ask for a debit order on the last day of the month or preferably on the first day of the following month if you pay in advance. I was told that I had signed a document saying I wanted the debit order on the 28th. (by the way this proof has still not been supp**** even though I was sent approximately 10 times over the last 4 months service numbers saying they are still investigating. ) I then said could I move the debit order to the 6th of every month (as I wanted time to pay the amount before the debit order has to go off) but I I was told that I will have to pay extra charges for changing the debit order from the 28th to the 6th upon which I said I did not ask for the 28th. Then iso taking the next debit order in March on the 6th they took it only on the 10th and now thay have been harrassing me about 2 a day about an amount outstanding of R 121.04 for the late payment. YOU ****** UP - YOU WRITE IT OFF ! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE.</p>
