Standard Bank Vehicle Finance - A HUGE NO!!

Really disappointed by the way my problem with Standard Bank was initially handled. I would not recommend ever getting Vehicle Asset Finance from Standard Bank. It is a colossal disaster but the mess was resolved by and EXTREMELY efficient complaints resolution specialist called Luyanda Ntusi. He really saved the day and proved to be a star. He was patient - willing to listen and amazingly was someone who responds to emails. I cannot believe that listening to complaints can be an easy job, but he makes it seems easy. If you had an employee of the year award - Luyanda should get it. He is really good at his job and does not give up and a resolution is reached. Thank you
