Standard Bank vehicle finance

Debited my account twice I have never been this frustrated, Standard Bank vehicle finance debited my account twice. My bank tried to reverse one of the transactions and they couldn't so in the meantime I must just wait for Standard Bank to reverse. The consultant said it can take up to 7 days for the money to be back in my account.
