Standard Bank Vehicle Finance

I am so shocked at Standard banks inefficiency,

My dad passed away over a month ago, I contacted numerous times telephonically to let Standard Bank Vehicle finance that I need to find a way to pay the car as his account will be frozen and they will not get their money. We not saying we do not want to pay, sadly no one seems to know what to do.

I even went into the bank and they asked me to call a number, of which the call rang for over an hour, I even took a picture of the phone. Now when it is time to pay we are stuck with not knowing what to do as it now will go into arrears.

Maybe it is time the staff goes back to work and not work remotely.
