Standard Bank Vehicle Finance

<p>Good day,</p> <p>i bought a Car through Standard bank Vehicle Finance beginning of March this year, 2016. Because i am banking with Standard bank i confirmed that No Debit Order costs will be added! All went well until November when i saw a debit fee going off my account. i queried it, i had to do it two times in fact because Nothing has been done to reverse the fee. So arrived December and the same Debit order fee went off my account. I went back to Standard bank only to tell me here is the Toll free number, because they can Stop this Debit Order but it cost me money. Needless to say after an hour and two Toll free numbers including the Finance control Toll free number nobody could help me. the person i spoke to after been holding for 45minutes was Paul Themba. I was furious because he said he is trying to get hold of somebody to assist me and could not. i asked him how many people get helped per day if one person alone must hold for one hour. No help, Standard bank is deducting money they are not suppose to, and why must i pay money to stop a Debit order i Have not Instructed them to do so?????? if this is a new **** i wonder how many people they are Robbing on a daily basis.</p>
