STANDARD BANK VEHICLE DEPARTMENT IS ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC DEPARTMENTS EVER!

Standard bank is one of the most poor bank when it comes to their service, all they do is pressure you in making payments but when you are requesting documents that are important to you that they have they will take their own sweet time in replying and sending them to you. I've requested for them to send my late mothers car vehicle papers a month ago but they never even bothered to let me know when they will send them and how long they normally take to send them. I need to make changes of ownership but I can't because of them I'm really annoyed and had enough of this bank. I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE OUT A CAR OR HOME LOAN WITH THIS BANK AS THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
