Standard Bank Vehicle & Asset Finance

Before I took delivery of my vehicle in early December 2015 I was asked when I would like my first payment to come off. I chose 1 February 2016 and subsequently the contract which I signed stated the same on delivery date. However, on the 1 January 2016 SBVAF tried to debit my account and because there were no funds available their collections department has been bugging me to pay even though I was not required to pay. They have my contract which clearly shows first payment should be on 1 February 2016.
