Standard Bank Vehicle Assest Financial

My previous motor vehicle was financed through Standard Bank Vehicle Assest Finance. In December of 2016 I traded my car in and the outstanding amount on the vehicle was settled by the dealership. On the first of January, an installment was deducted for the vehicle that I no longer had. After many phone calls and back and forth between the dealership and Standard Bank, it was discovered that there was an issue with the settlement amount and the dealership had to sort it out. After dealing with many consultant at the standard bank call centre, I was finally given a way forward by Zanele Magadla (The agent I dealt with last). I have followed through with the advise given to be by Ms Magadla, I have dealt with the dealership and gotten all of the required documentation which I them emailed to Ms Magadla as she requested and still nothing. I have no idea how far the process of my enquiry is. Ms Magadla stated that once she had the necessary documents, she would go ahead with the refunding of the installment. I have been emailing Ms Magadla for the last week and I have received no feedback, no follow up. Do I have to call standard banks call centre and go through this whole process again, dealing with a new agent. How hard is it for provide a customer with good service. This money is owed to me, yet I have to jump through hoops to get it. I am seriously not impressed with this, I have been struggling for over a week to get this sorted out.
