Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance - STAY AWAY, or you will suffer with this pathetic lot.

Please keep AWAY, far AWAY from this bank with it's vehicle and asset finance. What a bunch of idiots you get to work with, this after the account has been paid in full. After waiting for two months after paying for the vehicle in full, you contact them for the vehicles papers, in order to register it in the companies name as the owner, only to be told, that you still owe R981.00 for "Top up Insurance", after contacting the insurance company, you get told that the policy was cancelled on the 29th August 2018.

It begs the question, as to just what bladdy brain cells these idiots working for Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset finance have between their ears.

Thick is not the word, i will never finance another thing through a useless institution such as this, no wonder the country is so ******ed, when you have idiots such as this, who cannot or will not do things properly.

Standard Bank, you are the worst financial institution, and it does not surprise me, that you have so many "HelloPeters", as it is astounding, at the level of client service, and pure thickness that goes with that when dealing with paying customers.
