Standard Bank vehicle and asset finance maladministration and incorrect credit listing

I have paid off my 2 vehicles as per the 72 months agreement. To my surprise when requesting eNatis documents after two months of the end of contract standard bank claimed that owe them R12021.00 and R338.94 for the other vehicle. When asked what is it for the claim that their system extended my period of payment by two months for my first vehicle and the other vehicle they failed to justify the reasons for that. when asked who gave authority for period of payment extension they say it was done by their system reasons unknown. The money was paid since my credit record was damaged and they promised that i will received documents within a period of 7 days now its over two months no documents are received and always passing the buck every day and requesting my identity document and when the vehicles were purchased including the Vin numbers of the vehicles. What they only do is to send my request from one person to another without a solution to my eNatis documents whereas they have over a million rands in their coffers a paid off vehicles. I have been sent from post to pillar for over two months for vehicles already paid off including the extra amount due to their maladministration. What they know is to provide reference numbers but no solution to the matter
