Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance is worst

Its with a saddened feeling off Standard Bank Vehicle an Asset Finance. On November end, 2025, they ran my debit order as usual, and it went through, same said day they ran again a debit order of R69 , which without any communication or consent from myself.I didn't knew it was Standard Bank, i reversed it. Standard Bank never communicated whatsoever till i needed my Cross Boarder Letter, only to get a response,"your account is in arrears" . I was puzzled and gave a call, the said their system was in error thats why they ran twice, i paid the R69 , and asked for letter, still same response. i called several times again but t no avail my concern with them is on their errors of their system , i the customer was made to suffer , waste time, cancel my journey all because of them, i kept on calling and moved back and forth till they closed, How so inconveniencing, i still say Nedbank is far better off and regret ever opting for SBSA VAF
