Standard Bank Vehicle And Asset department mess!!!

I have recently had problems with Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset department. On the 30th of July i missed a payment due to salary delays and subsequently made a payment on the 5th of August. I sent a proof of payment to the bank.

I received a statement stating that I owe double that amount. I called and they then said its because I owed for the month of June. The entire time, no one, no communication came to me to say I skipped a month. I only learn this in AUGUST.

I CHECK BANK STATEMENTS AND THE MONEY WAS being deducted, no transaction returned. What is going on with this bank? No one in the Vehicle and Asset department has a clear answer, and i get emails of people saying its under investigation.

What is actually going on?!!!
