Standard Bank VAF - USELESS

Vehicle Asset Finance - requesting NATIS documents. After the initial request 2 weeks past with no reponse. We followed up twice. As a last attempt we again contacted the call centre and were assisted and were told that we can collect the documents from the NATIS office in Sandton. We requested this as we required the document urgently. The following day we received an SMS notification that the NATIS document has been handed to DSV couriers. The end result is that we can not proceed with our international travel arrangements.

Good day, your team maintains to have called me and maintain they could not reach me. This is not correct. I am available on the phone number on record. After requesting the date and time when I was supposedly contacted, as well as the phone number from which I was contacted, I had no more response. As Standard VAF failed to provide me with the NATIS document timeously as promised, I then requested SB VAF to issue a Cross Border Letter (All necessary documents were forwarded) in order for me to proceed with my travls abroad. I have yet to receive any reply. So the service is as bad as posted..Truly ad state of affairs.

As can be seen above, I only requested the NATIS document. Because I did no receive the required document in time prior to my travelling abroad I had to request a Cross Border letter from Standard Bank VAF. I eventually received the cross border letter which was encoded with my ID. When entering my ID to open the document, the document could not open. I would like to know what level of competence Standard Bank employs to deal with their day to day business. Shame on you, Standard Bank!!!!!!!!!!!
