Standard Bank VAF incompetence

This is one of the most useless financial institutions I have ever had to dealt with

I requested my vehicle amortization schedule just over a week ago via email (detailing the vehicle year and model) and telephonically, only to be taken from pillar to post by three agents who are requesting verification info which is completely irrelevant for my case, i.e.:

- Make and model of the vehicle - VAF total loan - Do you have a residual or a non-residual agreement - In what year did you purchase your vehicle - Instalment date

I responded numerous times that the vehicle in question is settled in full (something they can easily pick up on their system) but they still insist that they need the info above? What level of incompetency, ignorance, and idiocracy is this?

To this date I have not received my schedule, mxm

I will never enter into any other contractual agreement with Standard Bank, ever!

What is your turnaround time on escalations?

As already mentioned in my initial email, this matter has been hanging since 24 August 2022 and I need that schedule to finalise my financials for SARS. You are really delaying the process by sending me automated responses instead of the actual document...This is not helping at all

I still maintain, this is pure incompetence, ignorance, and idiocracy at its highest form
