Standard Bank VAF - hidden secret for customers of settlement amount when it gets to 4months outstanding

I am still awaiting a response from my initial complaint. Please can you provide an update to my query regarding a settlement amount. Telling customers you dont charge interest in the last 3/4 months of the term is absolute nonsense because interest is charged upfront for the term of the contract. This is really poor service since the car payment has covered the retail cost of the vehicle PLUS interest - and now you still want to make more money off of the customer? How is this a benefit for any Standard Bank customer? Complaint to Ombudsman to notify these things.
