STANDARD BANK VAF EXTENDED WARRANTY SHAM

I purchased a vehicle in July 2013 and Standard Bank offered my extended warranty for R 100 pm from the innovation group. Last year I requested the policy documents and they advised me that I would have to pay R 100pm for 24 months and that my vehicle would have a further 2 year warranty. I have emailed them this week and was advised that my policy commences on the 01/07/2015 and terminates on the 01/07/2017. I fail to see why I need to pay R 100pm for a further two years, when I have already paid for 2 years. This is day-light ********. I have lodged a complaint against the Innovation Group and they have advised that they have only received 18 payments and 6 are still due. I know with cer*****y, that I did not commence this policy in January 2014.
