Standard bank VAF delaying my natis and paid up letter. I paid on 23/12/2021

I had settled my vehicle on 23/12/2021 which was financed with standard bank VAF. I have then since wrote to them on 5th of January since I wasn't hearing anything from them with regards to when will I receive the paid up letter as well as the original NATIS. Standard bank only rep**** a week later 13th of January asking for car and My details for security validation. I rep**** this Monday with what they have asked. I haven't heard from them since. Its almost close to a month now and there is nothing that is written in black and white to say I have paid up my account and also now the owner of the car. This car was written off and now I want to salvage it and sell what is sellable so that I get money for deposit of the next car.

I don't know how many times I have complained about Standard bank here on this platform and it is not nice to be always complaining. The worst thing is that I bank with this bank as well and I was considering financing my next car with them as well but I am not sure after the lack of service and delays I am receiving.

Standard what is soo hard about checking my account, sending me the paid up letter and also the original NaTiS ?? Why do I have to come here to complain about this. People at VAF are aware of this, they gave me a reference on the 5th of Jan but I haven't received my documents to date.

I want my documents so that I sell this car and get another which I won't finance through this bank.
