STANDARD BANK VAF DEBIT ORDER DIDN'T GO OFF ON AGREED DATE, NOW MY CREDIT SCORE IS AFFECTED

I write this email completely disappointed. My nedbank cheque account was supposed to be debited on the 23rd of October for my first vehicle installment - which was not done.

A couple of days later, I called using my cell ‪078******‬ (all interactions were via my cell pull call recordings)

I was advised the matter of the failed debit order will be investigated.

A few days after that I was again advised that it's been investigated or rather will be escalated.

Take into account the amount of airtime I'm spending to get through.

On the 3rd of November again I called using my cellphone and the consultant advised me to do a manual payment which I did via eft with the reference number he provided and I sent the proof of payment to *** on the 3rd of November.

For days I kept on calling in, again with my cellphone to find out has the payment been allocated and will this affect my credit score and I was advised, if I was not at fault it wouldn't affect my score.

Today 10 November, I called to check if all is in order I was advised payment was allocated yesterday and it has been marked as a late payment on the system - which is unfair

1) My debit order never went of on the agreed date 23 October - funds were available in my account

2) Standard Bank didnt call me to inform me about this, I had to call myself

3) It took days to get a straight answer and even more days to allocate the payment to my account.

I can forgive the above, I'm really an understanding person, what I cannot forgive is

4) My credit profile has been affected, this is unfair and completely unacceptable

I need urgent feedback from Standard Bank, in writing Sent to my email and backed up with call saying my credit information has been fixed with the credit institutions (transunion and experian)

I will not tolerate or rather accept my hardwork of having a good profile be tarnished by something that I had no control over and worse that I tried resolving.

I sent this email to on Thursday 11 November Standard Bank still no reply.
