Standard Bank VAF Collectors ignoring communication.

I have been attempting to contact the collection department for 2 days now for the payment arrangement and I am being deliberately ignored, at first I received immediate responses. I went to the nearby branch to contact them, but there are no contact numbers to contact the direct consultant dealing with my case, I was just given an email address and now the comment section of my previous review is closed. The same thing of communication being stopped and ignoring my reaching out to the department is being repeated!!
