Standard bank VAF

I've had the most horrible experience with Standard Bank VAF for almost 2 years now. I contacted the bank to sell a vehicle I had financed through them. The handling of the entire process was unprofessional and left me the consumer in the dark. Long story short I'm not being told records show I have the vehicle and standard bank gas obtained an order to recover the very car I know to have sold through them. It's been frustrating trying to sort this out as Standard bank just keeps on appointing different attorneys and no one ever knows what is going on when I call, save to say my account is with legal department. This is naturally affecting my credit profile, at this point I'm inclined to report them to the Ombudsman because all of this is ********* conduct and very unfair on me as a consumer.
