Standard Bank VAF Account

I cannot say how much am so disappointed with the service I have been getting from Standard Bank since September 2021.

I changed my debit order date with them on the Month of August from 26th of the Month to the last day of the Month 31st.

Since then i have been getting calls after calls even when i was the one who noticed the issue and called them to check why they have not debited my account for my car installment and they said my account is up to date (I asked for the statement and it was saying my account is up to date).

Still today the issue has not been resolved, i keep getting stressing calls from them every Month telling me that I have not honored my Vehicle Account Finance.

This is becoming an issue to me since they are charges they are putting on my Vehicle account and it is affecting my credit score.

If Standard bank does not resolve this and retain all the charges they have imposed on my Vehicle account, am gonna have to act a movie/series, which one i don't know.
