STANDARD BANK VAF

Good day . On the 5 February I got stopped by the standard bank car tracking people who said they wanted to repo my car I spoke to the guy named Theo how said if I give him 2k I can leave I turned him down we drove to the sheriff's offices when I asked for the execution letter they produced an old one which was executed in 2023 where as a new agreement was signed. We contacted the lawyers handling the case and they mentioned that they don't have the file with them .I contacted the bank directly and no one can tell me what's happening it's pillar to post .I emailed 3 people and non have rep**** I then contact their team leader Mqobo Meli the line doesn't work .I called once again they gave me the details of the lawyers who have my file JP Van Schalkwyk of which they said they don't deal with standard bank files .The main person who I was informed to speak to is Nadia and her phone just rings I tried Tjikiswa and still the same .Clearly standard bank has no directive in dealing with queries .I asked the receptionist if I can come to the offices maybe il get better assistance she said the building is big and most of the people are not in the offices .What kind of business is this really.
