Standard Bank uses market research companies who only employs rude people

I have just had 2 phonecalls from a person that's doing market research for Standard Bank. When I told him that I have had a phonecall from a lady and I spent more than 30 minutes replying to all her questions, he said thank you and the the phone went dead. Immediately afterwards, he phoned again, asking for a different person. When I told him he spoke to me a minute ago and I'm not the person he is looking for, he put the phone down. NO apology.
