Standard Bank useless service to business

I am a client of standard bank and with the new system we have to call or email. Im trying to get hold of my banker but she is missing in action. I tried calling and sending emails with no response. I thinking seriously of moving my account over. I think Amina Vadia is the most useless staff that standard bank employs like standard bank.
