Standard bank useless bank

I would not recommend anyone to use standard bank because my account was blocked I have been calling the ***** department for the past 2 months now with no feedback , everytime I call the bank they tell me they do not know why it was blocked but the investigators will call me in 72hrs it’s been 2 months waiting for their call every week I call in I get the same feedback Which now is really annoying because they are clearly not taking their clients serious at all . I need my account unblocked since you don’t know you’rl blocked it
