Standard Bank - useless as usual

The link between paygate and standard bank is down. Standard bank clients cannot do instant eft transactions. Paygate have a warning on their page that Standard Bank transactions are not working yet Standard bank are not aware of the problem yet I'm not surprised. 20min on the phone to get no help and be put through the most painful security check that any organisation has ever used. There's a reason we cancelled 4 of our 6 standard bank accounts and can't wait to cancel the last 2. Have switched to Capitec who unsurprisingly seldom if ever have outages, normally sort out any phone issues in less than 5min, who charge a fraction of the bank charges and if you need to go into the bank, you actually get assistance, nogal with a smile. Standard bank, I would have given you zero stars if there were such an option.
