standard bank useless

standard bank is a very useless bank, poor customer service i app**** for a loan and i was called by a consultant who was rude to ask for the registration of the company that i am working for, does that make any sense??? i mean to apply for a loan at standard bank i need to have the company reg number really???? the next thing we will be asked to provide our director's id details... i am really disappointed just to think i migrated from my other bank with the hope i will receive better service :(
