Standard bank useless

standard bank kuilsriver needs a wake up call. I app**** for a credit card last week and the consultant i dealt with said it was approved and ill get an email with documents that day. I have never received any feedback and called the call center only to find out my account was never released. What does that even mean. Waiting for days and now another 7days. I just don't know why these banks can't get it right. Terrible terrible. There's not even a direct line to call the branch and after so much airtime my calls are just hanging. So frustrating.
